This place is perfect and excellent value. The property includes two casitas, each with its own bed, sofa bed, bathroom, and kitchenette, plus a main house with two bedrooms (each en suite), a third casita by the pickleball court that just has a bathroom, and plenty of lounging areas. Everything was new and well-appointed: the living room has a Sonos Arc Ultra speaker, there's a portable Bluetooth speaker as well, and all the appliances worked well. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Four rackets and balls are provided for pickleball.
The rooftop fire pit is a great spot to catch the sunset, and the whole area is beautifully scenic. San Pedrito beach is a few minutes' walk away -- expansive and stunning, though the waves are too strong for swimming. The property provides beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, and a cooler to take with you. Los Cerritos, a short drive away, is the better option if you want to surf.
Daniela and Angeles were responsive and helpful throughout. I'd had a bad experience with a rental scam in Baja and came in with a lot of questions. Daniela and the owner were patient and reassuring every step of the way.
There was so much to do on the property, we didn't want to leave.
Starlink internet is available but wasn't reliably accessible across the property, which is likely a Starlink limitation rather than anything specific to this rental. Keep this in mind if you need to work during your stay.
